Hi, my name is Luiza.
I'm a big UX and design nerd and artsy person, so my hobbies range from drawing to vlogging to building this website! I read a lot about a lot of things - if there isn't a Library page on this website yet, there will be one soon!
At work, I use user research practices such as surveys and interviews to inform how we can improve a company's systems. The ultimate goals of my work are to make their team more productive, cut out boring and/or manual work, and improve employee experience.
Or as I like to see it... I make work easier for people bit by bit, system by system, and that adds up to them having more energy and even more free time to do whatever they love to do most (which isn't always work, let's be honest).
